Norwich churches work together to give Hope
Three Norwich churches are appealing for volunteers to help them put on three days of young people’s activities including drama, art, sport, music and a barbecue under the Hope 08 banner.
Oak Grove Chapel in partnership with Kings Community Church and St Catherine’s are organising three days of young people’s activities from August 27--29 in the Mile Cross and Catton Grove areas. The activities are for 8-13 year olds and from 1.30-3.30pm.
They will include sports at Catton Grove Primary School, a drama workshop at St Catherine’s and an art project at Oak Grove Chapel designing and creating mosaics to be displayed at Catton Grove Primary school and the new Mile Cross Primary School building.
There will also be morning meetings at St Catherine’s 10 -12 on Wednesday, 10.30-12 on Thursday and Friday, including acoustic worship, top speakers, silly games, prayer walks and much more.
