Singer brings message of hope to Norwich

LiamMooreA young Liverpool musician who idolised the performer Phil Collins, later became a star in his own right after appearing on the TV talent show, ‘Stars in their Eyes.’

The dreams of the young singer, Liam Moore, came true when he was asked to perform in front of his idol, Phil Collins, who later endorsed him as his ‘number one tribute act’.

But as Liam found fame on international music tours, he discovered that money could not fill his inner emptiness. Drink and drugs made matters worse, so in desperation he phoned a Christian friend, who led him to faith in Jesus Christ.

Liam shared his life-changing story in Norwich at the dinner of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in Norwich on Friday, February 6 at the Oaklands Hotel.

Liam also talkrf about his latest national project which involves choirs of 6,500 children in Merseyside who have helped him launch a new CD called ‘You’re the Voice.’  This CD brings a message of hope and encourages Christians to boldy counter ungodly trends, injustice, peer pressures and gang culture among the young.

All are welcome at  the Norwich dinner at the the Garden Lounge of Oaklands Hotel at 89, Yarmouth Road, Thorpe St Andrew, NR7 0HH.

The cost is £12.50 for a fine carvery roast dinner.
