Since September 2008, Form has seen 27 students develop through its discipleship development programme.
St John's Church, Woodbridge runs the courses which help students to grow as Christians, learn more about the Bible and grow closer to God. There are two strand to the programme:

The FORM gap year programme offers a ‘year out’ opportunity for people aged between 18-30. It provides personal discipleship development through excellent teaching, weekly outreach projects and overseas mission.
The cost of the course is £980 for the year which includes:
- 2 days of training per week during term times, consisting of discipleship teaching and local mission and outreach projects.
- A weekend retreat – a time to develop spiritually, relax and have fun
- Overseas Mission - funded through various fund-raising activities
- Plenty of ministry and ‘areas of service’ opportunities to choose from.
- All course material and lunch/refreshments on training days
FORM Team Leader, Tracey Fearn, says “If you want to see your life change through discipleship teaching, acts of service and mission, and if you’re up for a challenge, then you should be considering this gap year.”

Here is what some of our past students have said about the course:
"My Form Gap year was amazing. Form has given me the opportunity to dip my feet into many different areas of ministry to find the one God is calling me to. Through Form, I have been offered the chance to be a student youth worker, to follow my passion to serve God through working with the youth of Suffolk, showing them God's amazing love" Helen Rochead
“FORM is all about giving God time and space to work in our lives. For me that's in the outreach work where I've found myself doing things I'd never done before and having to take a leap of faith and depend totally on God; and each time I did He'd always be there!” David Pawson
