UEA CU students appeal for weekend venue
 2010: Christian students at Norwich’s University of East Anglia are urgently looking for a new venue for an October weekend away after their previous location fell through.
Organiser Kristoffer Hall said: “We have a limited budget and want the weekend to be as accessible to as many students as possible. We are looking for either a Church hall, school building (or part of the building), or a scout halls that will have the capacity for around 70 students. We will organise our own food, so a kitchen would be good.”

* 22nd – 24th Oct 2010 (Space to sleep 60 -70 persons, Friday & Sat night)
* Kitchen facilities / catered
* £40 - £45 Catered / £30 Self-Catered (Prices per person)
* Within an hour and a half’s drive from the University (NR4 7TJ).
We’re planning a time for the new students particularly to get to know each other a bit better, learn from God’s word (we’ll have some speakers opening this up and helping us to understand it), have a laugh and get away from the stress of the campus for a couple days.
Unfortunately the place we had intended to use has increased their prices and we’ve only found this out fairly recently. We realise our target price (£35/£40 per person) is fairly low, however we are student group and would like to make this weekend as accessible to as many as possible.
