We are a friendly, welcoming Church which started life in 1970 meeting in Hoveton Village Hall as an offshoot from Trinity URC in Norwich. Our 50 members are of all ages, and come from a great variety of church backgrounds (or none at all), and we have many regular adherents. From the start we have had a strong Sunday School which sometimes leads our worship. We have good relations with the Anglicans, Catholics and Baptists, and sometimes share services or activities. As we have no buildings for meetings we engage with the community by using community facilities rather than it coming to ours. We have, however, just purchased a disused car garage on the Norwich Road, which we are fund raising to convert into a new worship and community centre.
Times of Worship
Sundays at 11.15am Everyone is welcome! Holy Communion is usually on the first Sunday of each month. Every third Sunday of each month we have all-age worship in the Church Hall.
Sunday School meets at 11am in term time in the Church Hall. New children are always welcome.

Listening Group: Second Tuesday of every month at 2pm in a member's home. Healing Group: Last Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm in a member's home.

Other Activities
Social Activities: We have a number of social events throughout the year.
Ecumenical Activities: We take part in many different ecumenical services and events throughout the year organised by Churches Together in Wroxham, Hoveton & Belaugh. For example, on the last Sunday of August each year, we share in a Riverside Service at 4pm in the riverside park behind Roys long stay car park.
Charitable Activities: We often raise money for other good causes, for example through the Ride for Life, Christian Aid Week and sales for the Faith Orphanage in Zambia.
Outreach Activities: Our Minister and a few of our members lead 6-8 assemblies a term in the local Primary School.
Details of upcoming special events can be found on our website.
We look forward to meeting you!
