Gospel voices arise in North Norfolk
 An exciting new youth gospel choir has just started in North Norfolk and the choir are encouraging more young people of all abilities to join in.
Gospel Voices has been set up by Sheringham Baptist Church for people aged 11 to 18.
Any young people who enjoy singing are encouraged to join up, no matter how good or bad at singing they think they might be.
The choir’s director is Jenny Skivington who, with husband Peter, joined the church last September as youth pastors. Jenny says “Gospel Voices is all about using your voice to make a joyful sound, regardless of whether you think you can sing. If in doubt, come along and see!”
Rehearsals take place every Wednesday evening in term time, from 6pm to 7pm, at Sheringham Baptist Church on Holway Road in the town. The first rehearsal takes place on Wednesday 2nd February.
There is no charge, and “Gospel Voices” is open to anyone from ages 11 to 18.
