Tomlinson explores church future in Norwich
 Christian author and speaker Dave Tomlinson will be sharing his ideas on how Christianity should be developing in the future at a day workshop in Norwich on July 16.
Dave Tomlinson is very well known from his book The Post Evangelical, and also from the Greenbelt Christian Arts Festival. He will be enabling participants to think about how to get the church 'fit for purpose' in the 21st Century.
The event, run by the Norwich Christian Meditation Centre, will take place at St Luke's Church, Norwich on Saturday July 16.
Dave has been a radical voice in the church for many years, often speaking to those more on the margins of church structures.
His book The Post-Evangelical challenged many of the aspects of some mainstream churches and urged Christians to find new ways of looking at their faith. His latest book ‘Re-enchanting Christianity’ is a blueprint of what some of those changes might be.
 In this day long workshop, Re-Enchanting Christianity, Dave will be sharing some of his ideas and challenging us to think about how we share our faith.
After many years in the House Church movement, Dave now works as a vicar in the Church of England.
