Chance to dig deep into Bible at Norfolk church
Discover treasures of theology at a special training day at a Norfolk church on Saturday 28 May.
The teaching on Saturday will be delivered by Freddy Hedley on the topic of ‘The Death of Christ and Atonement’. The day is part of the "Treasures of theology" series run by Fountain of Life church in Ashill and includes a mixture of upfront teaching and group discussion.
The day is ideal for anyone wanting to dig deeper into God's Word. If you wish you knew more about the world the Bible inhabited; or had the time to really explore the theological foundations we hold dear then 'Treasures of Theology' may just be the opportunity you've been waiting for!
Freddy Hedley is part of the teaching team at Fountain of Life church and is the hub director for the New Wine Training Partnership in East Anglia, working with Westminster Theological Centre to deliver training courses in Kingdom Theology.
He is an author and speaker on new ways of doing church, mission and leadership, and is a team member of Anglican Church Planting Initiatives as well as being a Fresh Expressions Associate Missioner. His books include Listening for Mission, Lessons from Antioch, A Pioneer’s Understanding of the Church and Coaching for Missional Leadership. He is married to Ali, with whom he has two beautiful daughters, Maisie and Isobel, and together they live in Swaffham.
Teaching will be on the last Saturday of the month at The Well Christian Centre, Swaffham Road, Ashill, Thetford, Norfolk, IP25 7BT from 10am-1pm and everyone is welcome to come along – no booking is necessary. There is a nominal cost of £5 to cover speaker expenses and refreshments.
