House of prayer is ideal Norwich venue

House of prayerSince the refurbishment and opening of the House of Prayer in Norwich this year, it has become established as an ideal venue for weddings, meals, prayer retreats and celebrations.

The House of Prayer in Fishergate continues to expand its activities as an ecumenical sanctuary for Christian prayer.

The House of Prayer facilities are open to any Christians who would like to use it, and is ideal for away-days, Alpha Holy Spirit days, retreats, team meetings and prayer breakfasts, with a kitchen and café area on the mezzanine floor.

Prayer support and teaching are offered. The building is licensed for wedding ceremonies, and up to 60 people can be seated comfortably for a meal.

House of prayer2A local vicar wrote,Thank you for letting us use the House of Prayer for our Freedom in Christ Away Day.  We had 21 people altogether, and the space was perfect.  Comfy chairs to gather for plenary sessions, and plenty of space for people to go and be alone with God as well.  Many of those who attended commented on the peaceful and refreshing atmosphere.”

If you would like to have a look round and also find out about the weekday activities which include teaching, prayer gatherings and open times for prayer ministry, private prayer or a listening ear, please ring the House of Prayer on 01603 920074 or email admin@call2prayer.co.uk
