Norfolk Healing Rooms is a member of the National Association of Healing Rooms England and the International Association of Healing Rooms. There are now over 1,000 Healing rooms in over 50 countries worldwide.
Originally established in Spokane in the United States, the vision of Healing Rooms is to re-establish healing in the body of Christ. The vision is to see Healing Rooms in every city and every nation, linked together in unity around the world. The focus of the ministry is on the presence and power of the Holy Spirit who works through us to heal the sick.
The beginnings of Norfolk Healing Rooms started with Ray Scorey and Mike Jones from Norfolk attending a conference called ‘Healing in His wings’. The result was that they decided to find out more and subsequently, in June 2005 travelled to Spokane, Washington, U.S.A. to receive training from Cal Pierce at Healing Rooms Ministries. God met them powerfully at that time and on return to England they set about forming a Healing Rooms group in Norfolk.
