Norwich is an exciting place to live
 Norwich is an exciting place to live and work and is a prosperous and growing city, Transforming Norwich chairman John Betts told the group's June conference.
But there is also another side to the story. The breakdown of marriage, dysfunctional families, low aspirations, low educational achievement, poor health and increasing levels of criminality.
In the midst of all this something has been happening. God has been quietly at work and Christian leaders have been appointed in many areas of public, civic and commercial life.
God is doing something significant in our city. It is a day of opportunity. The right people are in the right places, doing the right things for the right reasons.
We must seek to incarnate the Gospel in our communities, to make a difference to the broken lives of the people who live within them. If we can find each other in this then we could see something remarkable.
