Norwich church prepares couples for marriage
As Valentine’s Day approaches, Norwich Central Baptist Church is inviting couples to talk about issues that will help prepare them for getting married, with a 5-week course.
Starting on Thursday 23rd February, 7.15 pm, the free Marriage Preparation course is open to all couples, with or without a Christian faith, who are in a committed relationship and exploring the possibility of marriage.
The sessions are very relaxed with refreshments provided. Each evening will cover a big issue such as communication, commitment, conflict, goals and values, using materials produced by Holy Trinity Brompton. Short talks are interspersed with exercises and questions for couples to discuss together.
Rev Mark Fairweather Tall, Minister of Norwich Central Baptist Church, said: “We have run the marriage preparation course a number of times before and people have found it very helpful.
“It is full of practical advice and provides couples with space, in a relaxed environment, to talk through key issues and get to know each other even better.”
To reserve a place on the course or to find out more please contact 01603 760 497 or email office@norwichcentral.org.
