-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OUR CHURCH AND ITS LIFE: St Luke's is a lively open evangelical church. Having God in our lives is the most important thing to us. We try not to let the 'trappings of church' get in the way. Do not expect robes or dog-collars. I'm the vicar writing this, so what I say may not be representative for everyone here, but I think being totally dependant on God through Jesus is key. Our worship is developing, but we are far from where we would like to be - so perhaps your input might help. If you are interested in exploring what it means to have God at the centre of your life, and are willing to let your guide be Jesus Christ and his teaching, then we may be the place for you. We are keen to sense where the Holy Spirit is moving and follow that. We've got a nice new building that took us a while to put up, so we are gathering ourselves together to move forward over the next year in some way. Come and join in!
