Our church and its life:
St Andrew’s is an Anglican church which is growing and friendly where there is a welcome for all. Sunday worship is structured though relaxed, and we cater for people of all ages. As a church we are involved in the local community in many different ways, bringing the good news of Jesus Christ to all. In everything we do, we give a high priority to prayer, worship and relevant teaching from the Bible.
Of interest:
Our old building is a medieval church, dating from the 13th century. It’s the only church in Norwich with a thatched roof. It’s beautiful with a very intimate atmosphere. For most services, however, we use the new church extension – a lovely open and airy space, which seats around 220 people. The contrast between these settings frees us in our aim to accommodate worship to suit a wide variety of tastes.
