Tributes paid to Street Bible author Rob
Christian communicator, actor, artist and author Rob Lacey who wrote The Street Bible and The Liberator and also wrote plays and acted, died peacefully on May 1, 2007, of cancer.
Danielle Lancaster of Lacey Productions in Cardiff wrote to supporters with the news saying: “Rob’s death was peaceful and Sandra his wife was able to be with him throughout it all. Over the weekend Rob’s decline was very rapid and on Sunday a decision was made to move him to a hospice.
“Sandra and all of the family would like to sincerely thank you for fighting and standing with them in prayer. Your support has been essential over this difficult period.
“We thank God for and celebrate the life of Rob, a dearly loved husband, father, son, brother, artist and friend.
“Please continue to pray for Sandra, Lukas and Magdelena and also all of Rob’s and Sandra’s family over these next days and weeks to come.
A few weeks ago he was able to be at the birth of his 2nd child. It would be good if people could pray for his wife and children.
