King’s Lynn churches unite in week of services

From January 18-25 King’s Lynn churches will come together for daily services hosted by eight churches across the town to pray for Christian unity and reconciliation.

Churches Together in King’s Lynn are preparing for the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity from Wednesday, January 18 – Wednesday, January 25 when a series of daily services will be held in churches across the town.

Peter Coates, Secretary of Churches Together in King’s Lynn said: “The theme for this year is ‘Reconciliation: The Love of God Compels Us’ based on 2 Corinthians 5:14-20. Resources for the week come from the Catholic Church in Germany following the refugee crisis and have been made into a booklet called ‘Crossing Barriers.”’
