Discover Subterranean Norwich at book talk at Revelation

Matthew Williams will present a talk at Revelation on July 12 on some of the material from his new book 'Subterranean Norwich - the grain of the city', about the city’s past, present and future, viewed from ground level downwards.

The event, 'Ground Level Downwards in Norwich' will be on Wednesday 12th July 7:00-8:30pm ? £3 Admission. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available to buy before the talk, with questions afterwards.

Matthew's book covers subjects ranging from geology and archaeology to urban planning and even psychogeology - including considering whether Norwich really is riddled with tunnels.

Matthew Williams is a Norwich-based geologist and historian. He works as a professional cycle instructor and has a detailed knowledge of the city, not least from having ridden along most of its streets many times.

The event will be held at Revelation, St Michael-at-Plea Church, Redwell Street, Norwich NR2 4SN
