Meeting up with Jesus - Day retreats on August 17, September 29, October 26 and November 23

A retreat exploring healing in the Kingdom of God on earth, based on the teachings of Mike Endicott, Revd. Prior of the Order of Jacobs Well.
The retreat leader will be David Males, Elder of the Order of Jacobs Well

The Order of Jacob’s Well was inaugurated twenty years ago by Rowan Williams as an instrument of ministry to the church and to all who will accept God’s healing Grace, whether they know Him or not.

The morning will start with a time of praise and prayer, followed by a bible exploration of the Good News of the Kingdom and the Gifts of the Cross. After coffee, we will spend the rest of the morning looking at how Jesus and His disciples went about healing the sick to see if we too can find His healing grace, both for ourselves and for those we love. The afternoon will build on this experience so that we may come closer to Jesus in our daily lives. We consider what God’s voice might sound like, which then enables us to finish with a meditation, where we place ourselves in a bible story and see if we can meet up with Jesus.

Suggested Donation: £20 including lunch & refreshments. You pay what you can and there are bursaries available.

Please arrive in time for coffee at 10am Retreat hand-outs will be provided
