Evensong with the Bishop of...
At Evensong on March 21st in the Cathedral the Bishop of Norwich and the Bishop of East Anglia will be in dialogue in place of the sermon, focussing upon the witness of Archbishop Oscar Romero, martyred thirty years ago in San Salvador. Bishop Graham and Bishop Michael will be reflecting upon his significance for the universal Church and Bishop Michael will be speaking about the inspiration he draws from Archbishop Romero in his own ministry. A day for church leaders, members of congregations, those with pastoral responsibility or with an interest in Gypsies and Travellers Presentations on culture, the local context, and community safety. Speakers will include the County Council, Police, Gypsies and Travellers and those working alongside them. Churches Together in Sheringham will be holding an Easter Activities afternoon. All children aged 3 years or more from Sheringham and surrounding areas are invited to this fun event where they can participate in a variety of activities including cooking, making an Easter Garden, making Easter cards, "stained glass windows" etc. There will be a small charge of 50p per child to cover the cost of refreshments for the children. /

Charity dinner for orphanage
Local Christian Nick Symeou is running the London Marathon for Morning Star Children’s Charity Nepal. Fundraising begins with a charity dinner on Sunday 28th March 6 pm. Cost of the meal which consists of 16 dishes is £19.00 of which £8.00 goes to Morning Star.
