Paper which tells the real Christmas Good News

GNFNXmas09CoverThe real Good News behind Christmas will be popping through 55,000 letterboxes across greater Norwich and Norfolk over the next two weeks.

The Christmas edition of Christian tabloid newspaper Good News for Norwich & Norfolk will be delivered right across the city and areas of the county by scores of churches along with their own Christmas cards and service times in a massive operation.

On the front page of the paper is the story of Norwich-based author Maria Landon who as a 14-year-old schoolgirl, was sold on the streets of the city as a prostitute.

It also contains stories about Ian McCormack who was pronounced clinically dead after being stung by  five poisonous box jellyfish, but survived to tell the tale, and nursery teacher heroine Lisa Potts who helped protect young children from a machete-wielding attacker.

Also featured are a former bishop who spent 11 years inside Norwich prison, the Norwich wife of the so-called King of the Con Men, a life-changing day for the Bishop of Norwich and his wife Julie and the inspiration behind popular funnyman Jimmy Cricket.

If you want a number of free copies to give out this Christmas, please ring Peter Barnes on 01603 743786.
