Teenage charged over Norwich church blaze 

A 13-year-old boy has been charged with arson following a devastating fire which gutted St Anne's Church hall in Earlham, Norwich, on February 17.

The blaze happened shortly after 4pm at the building on Colman Road, near to the junction with The Avenues, when suspect(s) broke into the premises before starting a fire inside. The fire caused extensive damage to the building.   

The teenager from, Norwich, has been charged with arson to the value of £210,000 and been bailed to appear before a city youth court on September 23.
