SOUL church’s free Christmas spectacular even bigger
SOUL Church, in Norwich, is hosting its free, annual Christmas production, The Wonder, on December 9 and 10, and with extra performances and advertising on buses ,the church hopes to welcome thousands more people this year.
The Wonder is SOUL Church's free, annual Christmas spectacular filled with family fun, singing, dancing, festive favourites including Disney characters and congregational carols, with something for all ages. There’s even an appearance from Santa himself, who will be visiting his grotto between the performances.
Hosted by SOUL Church, in Norwich, the show which is a celebration of everything that is good about Christmas, is open to everyone and admission is completely free.
Last year, over 3,000 people came through the doors across four shows – so this year the church is putting on eight productions in the hopes that more people will be able to join in the fun. Performances will take place on Saturday, December 9 and Sunday, December 10 at 11am, 1.30pm, 4pm, 6.30pm.
This month you may also see advertising for The Wonder on the back of 25 buses across the city, placed in the hope that lots of people will come along who wouldn't otherwise come to church.
Pastor Jon Norman of SOUL Church explains: “We love Norwich and this is our gift to the city. We want to see people coming in from across the area to share in the wonder of the true meaning of Christmas. Bring your friends and family and let’s celebrate together!”
