This is an exciting opportunity to set up a pilot project to extend the Unity service to provide support for 19-24 year olds. Working with young adults in Norwich and Great Yarmouth, you will be focused on identifying and supporting young adults around their substance misuse.
The role will work alongside local providers to establish pathways for young adults to access the service. One of the outcomes of this project will be research conducted with young people and other services to understand which barriers are stopping more young people in this age range seeking support.
The office base for this post is Norwich but will cover a wider geographical area across Central and East Norfolk. The work will be carried out within the service location and in the community; the ability to travel is essential.
