Norwich church seeks contemporary worship leader 


St Stephen’s Church in Norwich is looking for a Contemporary Worship Leader to work with other musicians leading worship at services.


  • Play at services on Sunday (not 10am Service)
  • Source appropriate music that draws people in to worship
  • Provide music for Little Fellowes (parents and toddler group)
  • Organise weekly worship times and encourage all musicians
  • Manage and support rotas
  • Advise on audio visual equipment and work with a team that manages projection, recording and amplification on Sunday

They will be happy to work in a reordered medieval Anglican church in the centre of Norwich, with all age groups and should be able to work under their own initiative. They will feel able to support growth and change in the worship life of the church.

What they need to succeed

They will be an experienced worship leader with a ‘can do’ attitude and should be looking to work approximately 16 hours per week. The weekday hours can be flexible. Ideally the applicant will be proficient on keyboard and guitar. The applicant will be part of a lively staff team.
