Norfolk website boost as good news travels far

Good news travels far – and that’s especially true of the stories on the Network Norwich and Norfolk website as overseas readers as far off as Africa and the Middle East find encouragement via the award-winning Christian news portal.

NNNlaptop400One Christian businessman, a member of the Norwich FGB Fellowship - but who now works in a Muslim country where Christian fellowship is somewhat limited - has just donated £2,500 towards the website’s “100 Friends Appeal”.

Encouraged by the regular Norfolk Christian news stories on Network Norwich, he sent the generous donation in response to the website’s invitation to Christian groups, churches, ministries, businesses and individuals to support its work in promoting the Norwich and Norfolk Christian community.

Individual but regular donations to the 100 Friends Appeal all help support the website’s key role in helping the Norfolk Christian community work together as one.

Network Norfolk also brings online encouragement far beyond East Anglia  - even to friends overseas who have links to Norfolk.  For example, in Zambia, Raphael Lungu, a former member of FGB Norwich, keep regularly up-to-date with Norfolk news via the website.

Individual but regular donations to the 100 Friends Appeal - as little as £1 a week -  are welcomed.
