The Vision Night is an opportunity to find out more about the Who Cares mission which starts in June across Norfolk. Doors open 6.30pm for a 7.30pm start.

Nicky and Pippa Gumble will be hosting a county-wide Alpha Launch planned for October 2 as part of the Who Cares mission.

Rob Tervet, project leader, said: “The vision of Who Cares is really simple – in 2014 we want to reach thousands of local people with the love and compassion of Jesus Christ.  The Who Cares vision night is a fantastic opportunity for Christians from all over Norfolk and from across the denominations to come together and hear more about this unique opportunity and pray together for our county.”

On the evening, Luke Hellebronth from Worship Central will lead worship and Roy Crowne from HOPE will share the vision and lead prayer for the mission along with Norwich Youth for Christ, the Newday team and Norfolk church leaders.

Rob said: “Who Cares is privileged to have the support of Alpha figurehead Nicky Gumbel, from Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB), and we are thrilled that he has agreed to come to Norfolk next October as part of the mission. Nicky will be sharing with us all on the Vision Night via video.”

Luke Hellebronth is part of the Worship Central team which originated from HTB in London, the birthplace of the Alpha Course. Luke lived in Norfolk before moving to London to study music and from there moved onto being involved with the team at Worship Central. He is a recognised worship leader and songwriter, and has just released his first album “Stand Up”.

The plans for the mission, which is due to start in June 2014, are moving forward well. To date, Who Cares? has received the support of scores of churches with over 50 churches in Norfolk already interested in taking part.

The Bishop of Norwich, Rt Rev Graham James, said: “I’m delighted to endorse Who Cares? I believe it will strengthen our churches and make us better witnesses of Jesus Christ.”

WhoCaresLogo300Roy Crowne of HOPE said: “Who Cares provides a great opportunity to communicate the Gospel and we’re thrilled to be partnering with this in the summer of 2014.”

The Vision Night is an important part of the preparation for the mission and is open to every Christian from every church in Norfolk.

“Christians united together in prayer is vital if we want to see God use this mission to further His Kingdom,” said Who Cares administrator, Ailsa Magee.

“So even if you have no other involvement with the mission, we would love to encourage you to come and join us to pray for God to do great works in Norfolk through Who Cares?”
