Matthew Project appeals to Norfolk parents

MPUnder18x450The Matthew Project is aiming to enlist the help of 1,000 parents or carers to help it determine the current level of awareness of young people’s drug and alcohol services in Norfolk.

The charity is conducting some research in the form of an online survey to assess parents/carers perception of services and also identify what this group believes the Under18 Service should be offering to young people with regards to education and information around substance use.

Parents and carers are being given the opportunity to critically evaluate young people’s drug and alcohol services in Norfolk and use this information to inform and improve the service the Under18 Service offers to young people and their parents/carers.

Heather Heslin, Under18 Team Manager said: “If you are a parent or carer then we would like you to have your say by going online to https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/u18norfolkpandc

“We would also like your help in assisting us reach our target group by sending out the link in any newsletters or other correspondence you use. We are targeting responses from 1000 parents or carers by the February 12 and hope that you will be able to assist us in achieving our goal.”

All responses will be dealt with in line with the data protection act; the information will be securely stored and then destroyed when it is no longer needed.  The results of the survey will be publicly available.

If you have any questions about this survey or require assistance please do not hesitate to get in contact by emailing under18@matthewproject.org
