Team Rector to speak at North Norfolk Filling Station

Revd Nigel Di Castiglione 400CRevd Nigel Di Castiglione, a team rector from Cambridgeshire, will be the guest speaker at the last North Norfolk Filling Station meeting of 2018, on November 26.

After working in the housing and finance sectors, Nigel was ordained by the Church of England in 1994. With his wife Annie whom he met at university, he served in Tamworth, then a lengthy spell on the edge of Stoke-on-Trent and a brief spell in suburban Birmingham.

He is currently Team Rector for the Papworth Team Ministry in the diocese of Ely - 15 parishes covering 16 villages a few miles to the west of Cambridge.

According to Nigel, “Key influences on who we are and how we think today: we were blessed richly by New Wine from 1993 onwards; in the last 12 years have drunk deeply from the ministry of Bill Johnson and his team at Bethel-Redding and been to Redding 7 times; we are looking forward to going to Toronto in January 2019 for the conference to mark the 25th anniversary of the outbreak of the ‘Father’s heart revival’ there.”

Both Nigel and Annie enjoy spending any spare time on the golf course and living in a picture-postcard village has forced him to buy a sit-on mower!

The Filling Station, which was born out of the Church of England in the West Country, has grown exponentially in terms of venues opening all over the United Kingdom and continues to serve and refresh both Church leaders, congregations and more importantly to open the eyes of those who are seeking answers to the meaning of life through the Christian faith.  The Filling Station is helping to bring unity amongst believers from across the whole Church spectrum.

All are welcome at this meeting of The Filling Station for an evening of fellowship and wonderful worship followed by the main talk, entitled "There is More".
Coffee and cakes will be available from 7pm, with the main talk at 7.30pm. There will also be a prayer ministry time at the end of the evening.

Swanton Novers Village Hall, St Giles Road, Swanton Novers, Melton Constable, NR24 2RB
