Norfolk vicar offers free Christian resources

TonyPatriciaHigton3502010: A high-profile Norfolk clergyman has just launched a website offering hundreds of articles, training courses and several books to download for free.
Tony Higton, who is now an Associate Priest at Holy Trinity, Marham, in Norfolk, has for over 40 years been an Anglican clergyman in England and at Christ Church, Jerusalem where he was General Director of the Church’s Ministry amongst Jewish People.
For 14 years Tony took a stand for Biblical doctrine and morality in the Church of England General Synod and was frequently on TV, radio and in the press.
With wife Patricia (also a theological graduate), Tony has just launched a new website,,  offering free Christian teaching resources.
“Over the last 42 years of ministry we have developed many resources for clergy, ministers and church members which are now on this website. Most of them are at popular level but some are more academic,” said Tony.
“God has blessed much of our ministry with remarkable growth in numbers and depth. The church development strategies and resources on this site come from this experience and have been shared at conferences in 15 countries and used by thousands of churches.”
Included on the website, are almost 200 articles, seven training courses and four books, all of which are free to download and use for non-commercial purposes.
Subjects covered include: Apologetics, Biblical exposition, church development, eschatology, evangelism, interfaith and pastoral resources.
Tony said: “We shall be adding new material as time goes on, including, hopefully, audio material of our teaching courses etc. Also I shall be adding current comment to my new blog site and you are welcome to add your responses, comments and questions on”
If you wish to hear of new developments in the future, contact Tony on:

Do you appreciate our service and stories?

The Network Norwich & Norfolk website has been published for over 13 years now and we have an established team of professional journalists covering the activities, organisations and churches which make up the county’s Christian community. Our whole purpose is to support that community by daily providing accurate, unbiased stories and features.

To pay for that service, we rely on our partner organisations, advertisers and readers to, in turn, support us financially. We want to keep the website free for everyone to access and continue to be able to pay for writers to produce the content you can enjoy every day.

We would like to ask you to consider supporting our work and suggest you might want to make a small regular donation of just £1 a week and become one of our 100 Friends, or a larger one-off or annual amount.

Because we are part of a registered charity we can reclaim Gift Aid on your donations if you are a tax-payer.
