CompassCareers750Move in right direction with Norfolk's Compass Careers

Compass Careers, a Norfolk-based business founded by two Christians, is offering people a 3-day break in Devon this May to evaluate their career and be inspired to make positive decisions about their future, all in a beautiful location with good food.

Friends Lisa-Rose Moller and Zofia Fronek launched their business, Compass Careers, last November, to help people discover a career path in which they can flourish.  To enable people to realise their career potential the upbeat pair offer one-to-one career coaching and run 3-night ‘Discovery Breaks’.

Discovery Breaks take place in a beautiful location, with good food and time to relax. Participants are led through six sessions of the ‘Discover your Potential’ course enabling them to identify their skills, strengths, interests and values and importantly a career that fits.

Bookings are being taken for a ‘Discovery Break’ at the elegant Brunel Manor, with extensive grounds and a tennis court, in Torquay on Devon's beautiful 'English Riviera' on May 24-27 and spaces are available at an early-bird rate until March 29.

Lisa-Rose explained: "The course is for anyone who is not sure they're in the right career, not sure what to do next, thinking of changing career or who has never actively done any career planning and would like to do so, whatever age! This is ideal for both those mid-career and also if you're thinking towards retirement but would like to do something different in the late stages of your career.

Zofia said: "We will guide you through material which helps you define your interests, values, strengths and skills and get you started on the next steps to job search creatively and with purpose. We can also help provide all the tools you need to make great job applications, whether that's help with your CV, confidence at interview, or the do's and don't's of applying for jobs."

You can find out more about Compass Careers including how to book for a Discovery Break on their website. The early bird rate for the Discovery Break in Torquay in May is £345 all-inclusive, with an en-suite option of £375 available.

Do you appreciate our service and stories?

The Network Norwich & Norfolk website has been published for over 13 years now and we have an established team of professional journalists covering the activities, organisations and churches which make up the county’s Christian community. Our whole purpose is to support that community by daily providing accurate, unbiased stories and features.

To pay for that service, we rely on our partner organisations, advertisers and readers to, in turn, support us financially. We want to keep the website free for everyone to access and continue to be able to pay for writers to produce the content you can enjoy every day.

We would like to ask you to consider supporting our work and suggest you might want to make a small regular donation of just £1 a week and become one of our 100 Friends, or a larger one-off or annual amount.

Because we are part of a registered charity we can reclaim Gift Aid on your donations if you are a tax-payer.
