£16,346 - £17,693

Temporary for 12 months

37 hours per week

The Matthew Project is a value driven charity working across East Anglia giving help and hope through programmes with adults, young people and communities affected by drugs and alcohol. We have a vision to reach every part of the community in the most creative, effective and efficient ways. Through our varied services, young people and adults receive professional advice, information, counselling, support, care and education.

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to provide reception and administrative support in Norwich. You will need excellent organisational, communication and IT skills and have general office experience with a flexible attitude. We need you to have excellent telephone and customer service skills to enable you to respond effectively to everyone accessing the service.

Experience of using client management systems and working within a substance misuse or healthcare environment would be an advantage.

The position is based at the our Head Office on Oak Street.
