Norfolk Christian photo competition open to all
As part of the Network Norfolk 20th anniversary celebrations, we want to find your best pictures which show the Norfolk Christian community and churches in action.
They could be of a community project, a campaign, a special person, a service or event – the best ones will always have people in them and will also tell a story and we want to hear that too.
The pictures - from foodbanks to youth clubs, community choirs to football teams - will form part of the Norfolk Christian Communications Awards over the year, culminating in an awards night in October.
You can send in your pictures now, or any time over the year, to peter.bending@networknorwich.co.uk. Please send a high resolution image and a few words, or ideally a complete story, about the picture and what it shows.
We will publish these over the next year and the best ones will become finalists in the awards event itself.
Content editor Peter Bending said: “Remember, you don’t have to be a professional photographer to capture a memorable moment. A good photo is one with a good story behind it. We will be featuring these images on our website and social media pages throughout the year before official voting next autumn.”
As part of our anniversary celebrations, we will also be offering free media workshops across Norfolk and part of these will include tips and tricks about how to compose and take a good news picture and capture those special moments.
