Women’s wellbeing journey in Cromer Church
A free Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group will start in Cromer in the new year, and all women over 18 are welcome to come along.
The group is inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi 金継ぎ, where broken pottery is repaired with gold. Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups offer a gentle journey toward emotional health and hope. Over 12 weeks, themes such as anxiety, shame, loss, resilience and healthy relationships will be explored.
The organisers say, “Life can leave us feeling cracked or broken. One in every four adult women is living with a common mental health problem. Join us on a wellbeing journey to discover treasure in life’s scars and struggles.”
The course will run from 11am to 1pm on Tuesdays starting 6 January 2026. The venue will be the Parish Church Lounge in Cromer Church. Refreshments will be provided.
This is open to women aged 18 or more, and there is no charge, but spaces are limited, so anyone interested in joining should contact the Cromer Church Office at office@cromer-church.org.uk or phone 07777 164738.
