Norwich InterFaith Link to host online meetings

Norwich InterFaith Link is hosting four online Zoom meetings in the coming months to share and explore different experiences and beliefs.

The monthly meetings will take place on zoom and feature a range of topics. The first meeting on Tuesday February 17 will explore religions and their calendars, looking at how religious calendars work in practice.

Next month’s meeting will take place on Tuesday March 17 and look at women, equality and religions.

In April, on Wednesday 22, guest speaker Charlie Cutt will share the work of WWF UK and show how it is delivering the Wholescape pilot in Norfolk.

Finally, on Wednesday May 20 the focus of the meeting will be pilgrimage. Offering a chance to put the purpose, practices, experiences and destinations of pilgrimage under the spotlight.

The group started the year celebrating World Religions Day with an event at the Chapel Field Road Methodist Church.

Chair of Norwich Interfaith Link David Griffith said of the event: “A mammoth thank you to Bridget, the Bahais, and her organising group and contributors and storytellers and sound and screen system, with food and drink, and mixer games. A sensational afternoon in a really warm open space on a cold day.”
