
Norwich charity offers exclusive culinary evening
As part of its Big Give Christmas Campaign Week in early December, The Matthew Project has announced an extraordinary DINE event featuring the acclaimed Executive Chef Jack Gosling.
Jack Gosling’s culinary journey spans continents, from Australia and Asia to Central America, and includes six years at the prestigious two Michelin-starred Spectrum at Amsterdam’s Waldorf Astoria. Today, Jack leads the kitchen at The Harper, Norfolk’s luxury hotel, home to Stanley’s – a fine dining destination celebrated for its fusion of world-class technique and locally sourced ingredients.
Jack has curated a seven-course tasting menu designed specifically for The Matthew Project, showcasing the finest seasonal produce and his signature craftsmanship.
As well as Jack's seven-course menu, the evening, on December 4 at The Matthew Project, 70-80 Oak Street in Norwich, will also include of live festive music as well as storytelling from some members at The Matthew Project.
Organiser Esther Heybourne, said: “This event is designed to be sober curious. Guests can enjoy the full sensory experience without the need for alcohol, making it inclusive and mindful for all.
“All the money raised during the event will go towards the Matthew Project’s Big Give Christmas Challenge target of £70,000, which will go towards funding their vital work for children, young people, and adults in our communities.
