West Norfolk churches unite for prayer week

PrayerCandles2010: Churches in King's Lynn are holding a week of events to celebrate the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity from 18 - 25 January.

The Christian Unity initiative is observed by hundreds of churches across the world. This year's theme is drawn from Luke 24:48 "You are witnesses of these things" and focuses around mission. This is a fitting theme for the week because missionary commitment of the church goes hand in had with its ecumenical commitment.

Monday 18th Jan Baptist Church 12 noon
Tuesday 19th Jan St John's 1pm
Wednesday 20th Jan St Margaret's 12 noon
Thursday 21st Jan St Faith's 12 noon
Friday 24th Jan Our Lady's 1pm
