YMCA Norfolk calls on supporters to sleep easy 

YMCA Norfolk is calling on people to give up their bed for just one night on March 6 to sleep out to help tackle youth homelessness.
 

YMCA Norfolk is proud to announce the launch of Sleep Easy 2026, the charity's annual community fundraising event dedicated to raising vital awareness and support for young people experiencing homelessness across Norfolk. This powerful night brings together businesses, families, schools, faith groups and individuals to give up their bed for just one night—offering a small glimpse into the challenges too many young people in our community face far too often.

Every year, hundreds of young people across Norfolk find themselves without a safe or stable place to call home. At YMCA Norfolk works tirelessly to provide accommodation, emotional support, wellbeing services and pathways into education and employment.

Sleep Easy 2026 is more than a fundraiser—it’s a powerful statement of solidarity. By taking part, you help ensure young people in crisis can access the support, stability and hope they need to rebuild their lives and move towards a brighter future.
