Brassed Off concert to support Norfolk charity
YMCA Norfolk is inviting the community to come together for one special evening as Brassed Off: A Together Concert takes place in Norwich, celebrating music, unity and hope while raising vital support for local charity work.
This uplifting concert will bring people from across the city together to enjoy a powerful musical experience rooted in community, resilience and shared purpose. More than just an evening of live music, Brassed Off offers an opportunity to support the ongoing work of YMCA Norfolk, helping to change lives across Norfolk.
Kirsty Rose from YMCA Norfolk, said: “Events like this play a crucial role in supporting charities at a time when demand for services continues to grow. Income raised through ticket sales helps YMCA Norfolk provide safe accommodation, support services, training opportunities and welcoming community spaces for young people, families and individuals who need them most. Charity events also raise awareness, connect people to local causes and strengthen the sense of community that sits at the heart of YMCA Norfolk’s work.
“Brassed Off tells a story that resonates strongly with the charity’s values, highlighting the importance of standing together, supporting one another and finding hope even in challenging times. By attending, audiences are not only enjoying a memorable cultural experience but are directly contributing to work that makes a real and lasting difference in the lives of local people.
“We would encourage individuals, families, community groups and local businesses to come along, support a great cause and be part of an evening that brings music and meaning together.”
