Celebrating Christian solidarity in West Norfolk

Rule of Thumb croppedChurches Together in King’s Lynn has organised daily prayer services within different churches and denominations to celebrate the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity from January 18 to 25.

Churches Together in King’s Lynn (CTKL) are celebrating the upcoming Week of Prayer for Christian Unity with eight prayer meetings held within different church buildings including Kings Lynn Minister, the Friends Meeting House, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and the British Orthodox Church.

Peter Coates, Secretary of CTKL said: “Praying in one another’s churches makes a strong statement about the solidarity of Christians in West Norfolk.”

Address by the Rt Rev Alan Hopes, Catholic Bishop of East Anglia to be delivered at The British Orthodox Church, Saint Felix Chapel, Babingley followed by Vespers (The Raising of Evening Incense). Light refreshments available.
