Easter arrives early at Emmaus Norwich
Local charity and second hand retail outlet, Emmaus Norwich at Belsey Bridge Road, Ditchingham is holding an early Easter Celebration this Saturday.

Emmaus DaffsCathy Hembry, Community Leader, said, “Join us for an early celebration of Easter on Saturday March 28, 2015.  There's a free lucky dip and Easter egg trail for younger children and bargains to be had in our monthly sale for grown-ups. Spring has our orchard carpeted with daffodils so we are kick-starting our popular garage sales again. Come early for the best of the bric-a-brac and big furniture discounts.”

Returning visitors can take full advantage of a newly resurfaced car park, review progress on the allotment and meet the free range chickens.  For new visitors exploring the fantastic convent buildings that showcase a full range of second hand household items, furniture, collectables, vintage and retro treasures for sale, a walk through the well established orchard and meeting members of the Emmaus community, makes for a great morning or afternoon out.

Do you appreciate our service and stories?

The Network Norwich & Norfolk website has been published for over 13 years now and we have an established team of professional journalists covering the activities, organisations and churches which make up the county’s Christian community. Our whole purpose is to support that community by daily providing accurate, unbiased stories and features.

To pay for that service, we rely on our partner organisations, advertisers and readers to, in turn, support us financially. We want to keep the website free for everyone to access and continue to be able to pay for writers to produce the content you can enjoy every day.

We would like to ask you to consider supporting our work and suggest you might want to make a small regular donation of just £1 a week and become one of our 100 Friends, or a larger one-off or annual amount.

Because we are part of a registered charity we can reclaim Gift Aid on your donations if you are a tax-payer.
