Celebrate Norfolk Charity No 1141245

Bibles for China chance at Celebrate Norfolk

A Christian charity which distributes Bibles direct to believers in China will be in Norwich this weekend at the Celebrate Norfolk event, offering the opportunity for people to join trips to hand out the Bibles personally.

Good Books For Asia (GB4A) regularly organises groups of people to travel from the UK to partner with and work alongside the China Christian Council to legally and openly distribute Bibles and pastors study materials to Christians in rural China.
And National Director Philip Bamber will be in Norwich this Friday and Saturday, June 12 and 13, exhibiting at the Celebrate Norwich & Norfolk event at the Forum in Norwich.
Philip said: “The Celebrate Norfolk event was recommended to me by Tim Jenkins from OMF.  At Celebrate we will be inviting people to consider joining one of the distribution trips.”
Locally printed to the highest quality with National Government approval, tens of thousands of Bibles have been individually given out by GB4A through partnership with registered church leaders, verified one by one into the hands of church members. Such is the current growth in membership and new believers in China that requests to assist with Bible placement are increasing month by month.

“You can travel with a verification team to participate in a distribution and be blessed as you place God's Word into the hands of those who cannot readily obtain or afford to purchase their own copies. Stephen Gaukroger, our Honorary President and his wife Janet will be leading a team to China in August this year.  We also have another trip going in November this year,” said Philip.
GB4A also organises training conferences for pastors from rural Chinese churches to provide them with leadership training, teaching resources and communication skills.”
Donations to GB4A to cover the cost of Bibles is also welcome and £5 will pay for four Bibles, thanks to matched funding from a partner organization. Visit: https://my.give.net/BiblesForChina
