Norwich Youth for Christ needs Boost Project Worker
Norwich Youth for Christ have an exciting opportunity for someone to lead Boost - an alternative education project to try to help tackle the high exclusion rates in Norwich.
Are you passionate about God and young people?
Would you love to make a difference to students at risk of exclusion?
Could you develop and lead a brand new alternative education project?
The right candidate will have the skills, passion, patience and perseverance for working with disengaged young people at risk of exclusion. You will relish the chance to develop and lead this project as we establish ourselves as excellent providers of alternative education in Norwich.

You will have excellent communication skills in both formal and informal settings, be able to develop effective relationships with schools and work well as part of a team.
You will be joining our forward-thinking team of youth workers who are dedicated to providing young people with opportunities to be the good news of Jesus in exciting, innovative ways.
As an employee of Norwich Youth for Christ, you will benefit from a supportive team environment, ongoing training and experienced youth work management.
There is a genuine occupational requirement that the postholder is a Christian. An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful applicant.
