Day School of Supernatural Life launches in January
Inspired by the school at Bethel Church, the Day School of Supernatural Life will be launching in January 2020 at Hope Community Church, Wymondham.
The Evening School of Supernatural Life in Norfolk began in 2015. Now into its fifth year it became apparent that many who wanted to attend lived too far away for an evening school but were eager to attend a Day School. So we are very excited to launch a day school running weekly on Fridays starting in January 2020.
Here are some of the graduates' testimonies of their experience at the school;
“Transformative! God has been releasing me from bondage, step by step and through the school, every week has been breaking another strand. Year 1 gave me confidence I was a child of God. Year 2 has been breaking down the strongholds and smashing the lies and teaching me to walk tall with God again.”
“I think the biggest impact SOSL has had on my life is increased confidence in who I am in Christ, increased confidence in the power and authority that I carry within me and increased compassion for those who don’t yet know how good, great and loving is our awesome God”.
The aim is to equip followers of Jesus Christ to enrich the kingdom expression of their local church and radically change society through a naturally supernatural lifestyle of signs and wonders. Its open to anyone who has a relationship with Jesus and is committed to their church life.
What can you expect?
Each day has an emphasis on Spirit led worship and enjoying God’s presence as well as practical Bible teaching on how to take the Kingdom of God wherever we go. The teaching will be focused around your identity in Christ, your intimacy with the Father and your impact in the world.
The school celebrates enthusiastically every courageous step one takes and emphasises that success equals obedience, not necessarily the results of our actions. Organisers describe this as a safe environment to step over your fears with acts of faith and much opportunity to experiment and take risks. Small groups enable everyone to question and learn together and to receive and minister to one another.
There will be many opportunities to take what we have learnt out into the real world as participants work in their local areas.
There will also be the extra possibility of being involved in a mission experience in Europe during the year.
The School Format
The school follows a school term structure but will start in January 2020 and end with graduation in November 2020. The School will take place on Fridays starting 24 January 9.30am-4.30pm.
How to apply:
The cost of the school is £490 or £750 for a couple attending together. You will need to pay a deposit upon application of £50, which is deducted from the total fees. We will also be contacting your church leader for an endorsement of your application. If successful, we will be in touch to let you know how to pay the rest of the fees.

Do you appreciate our service and stories?
The Network Norwich & Norfolk website has been published for over 13 years now and we have an established team of professional journalists covering the activities, organisations and churches which make up the county’s Christian community. Our whole purpose is to support that community by daily providing accurate, unbiased stories and features.
To pay for that service, we rely on our partner organisations, advertisers and readers to, in turn, support us financially. We want to keep the website free for everyone to access and continue to be able to pay for writers to produce the content you can enjoy every day.
We would like to ask you to consider supporting our work and suggest you might want to make a small regular donation of just £1 a week and become one of our 100 Friends, or a larger one-off or annual amount.
Because we are part of a registered charity we can reclaim Gift Aid on your donations if you are a tax-payer.
