Norwich Charity's second annual Night-time Strut

Join The Magdalene Group for the second Women’s Night-time Strut next month in Norwich.

The second annual Women’s Night-time Strut organised by The Magdalene Group will be held on Thursday June 19 at 7.30pm.

The route will be a maximum of three miles starting and ending at the Forum. This year’s theme is ‘Raising Voices’ and the Invidia Rock & Soul Choir will begin the event.
 
The invitation reads: “Come and join The Magdalene Group as we raise the voice of women everywhere to demand that all women and girls are free from sexual violence, abuse and harassment at every level of society.”
 
The Magdalene Group has worked with the most vulnerable and hidden women and girls in our society, victims of abuse, sexual violence, exploitation, homelessness, and trafficking for over 30 years.
 
Last year, the Midnight Strut was part of the charity’s 30th anniversary celebration and ended in a midnight vigil at the Forum.
