Upgrade for Norfolk Christian conference centre

BelseyBridgeEnSuite4002012: South Norfolk-based Christian conference centre, Belsey Bridge, has been undertaking a refurbishment programme of its 80 bedrooms, which means that over half are now en-suite.

Over the past year, work has been undertaken to refurbish a number of existing en-suite bedrooms and to convert a number of standard bedrooms to en-suite rooms. This now means that 46 of the 82 bedrooms are en-suite, and work will be undertaken in the year ahead to increase this number further.
The centre, based at Ditchingham in South Norfolk, is run by the Christian Conference Trust. Its business development manager, Grant Farrant, said: “Belsey Bridge is already proving very popular with a large number of groups and developments such as this are part of our commitment to improve the guest experience even further.
“Whether you’re away on a conference, retreat or church weekend away, guests at Belsey Bridge can now benefit from a selection of brand new or recently refurbished en-suite accommodation. With single, twin and family rooms available – there is something to suit all requirements. In the past year, over 200 groups have enjoyed using our facilities.
You are invited to contact the centre at or call 01986 892133 to arrange a time to go and see the changes first hand?

Do you appreciate our service and stories?

The Network Norwich & Norfolk website has been published for over 13 years now and we have an established team of professional journalists covering the activities, organisations and churches which make up the county’s Christian community. Our whole purpose is to support that community by daily providing accurate, unbiased stories and features.

To pay for that service, we rely on our partner organisations, advertisers and readers to, in turn, support us financially. We want to keep the website free for everyone to access and continue to be able to pay for writers to produce the content you can enjoy every day.

We would like to ask you to consider supporting our work and suggest you might want to make a small regular donation of just £1 a week and become one of our 100 Friends, or a larger one-off or annual amount.

Because we are part of a registered charity we can reclaim Gift Aid on your donations if you are a tax-payer.
