N Norfolk Christian artists in Open Studios event

Two faith-filled artists from the Fakenham area will be taking part in the Norfolk Open Studios event starting later this week.

Tracey Ross art 09 21 750ATSome of Norfolk's finest artists are opening the doors of their studios to the public from September 25 to October 10 during the annual and well-loved Norfolk Open Studios event. The studios are free to visit and in addition to seeing where artists work, visitors have an opportunity to buy original artworks directly from the artists themselves.
Two of the event's ever-popular artists, Tracey Ross, top, near Walsingham and Nicholas Elliott in Fakenham are participating again this year. Both are professional artists and committed Christians and enjoy the process of creativity as a meditative form of worship in itself.
Nick Elliot art 09 21 500ATTracey paints expressive semi-abstract seascapes inspired by the beautiful North Norfolk Coast, above right. Nicholas paints vibrant contemporary still life and floral pieces, right. Their studios are within a couple of miles of each other so it's an ideal opportunity to meet both artists during the same outing.
Tracey is based in Houghton St Giles near Walsingham. Her studio will be open from 10am to 5pm on October 1 – 4 and 8 – 10. Visit: www.tracey-rossart.co.uk for more information.
Nicholas is based in Fakenham and will be open at various times on September 25 – 27, October 1 – 4 and 8 – 10. Visit : www.nicholaselliott.co.uk for more information.
